Combing bias cutting and stretch for extra movement and comfort
Hybrid construction | glueing and sewing to create sharp lines and strong seams.
Base layer patterns were digitised using a gerber then modified & perfected using Illustrator. The digitised patterns were then cut using a laser cutter.
technical design
Laser cut pattern pieces are glued for accuracy of shape | neckline is reinforced with rubber & cover-stitched to finish.
Inseam and crotch seam are flat locked for extra security and strength | sculpting leg seams are bonded for strength & to help muscle groups.
